NoctilucaPNW is a technology consulting practice based in Bellevue, WA. We build custom tools for nonprofits, community organizations, and small businesses — the kind of organizations where access to professional-grade technology has traditionally been too expensive or too complex.
We work in focused, month-long engagements with a fixed scope and a fixed price. You tell us what's broken, we scope it together, we build it, and you own it. No ongoing contracts, no dependency on us.
Jayson is a data scientist and engineer with deep experience building data tools, pipelines, and internal applications. NoctilucaPNW grew out of a simple observation: the organizations doing the most important work in our communities are often the ones with the least access to the technology that could help them.
The name comes from Noctiluca scintillans — the bioluminescent dinoflagellate that makes the water glow in Puget Sound. It's a connection to growing up on the water in the Pacific Northwest, and a reminder that small things can produce remarkable light.
We'd love to hear about it. Fill out our intake form or email us at hello@noctilucapnw.dev.
